They haven't said they don't... They just added more arcade features for the arcade players. But we need more realistic features now too.
ArmA should be ALL about realistic features, i think BIS is doing the arcadish futuristic route because they saw how the mainstream had more money flow.
It should be but I see no harm in options that could be considered less realistic. But we should be getting hardcore Milsim options as well.
BIS disagrees, and if we already have chopper hybrids, jew equipment on US soldiers, and US-friendly insurgency, why cant we have planes that taxi backwards?
i would call it israeli but there is literally no country other than israel using TARs or Merkavas, and as Israel is a jew nation it would be almost the same thing as calling "islamic" to most of the middle-east countries.
And why is this getting 50% approval rating? what's wrong with this as a feature?

This feature would be abused by giving it to all aircraft. They would be no longer authentic. This is best left to modders and not used on BI's jets.
there is just 1 actually modded plane in arma 3, and its a port.

Should be a TOW vehicle. Since they won't integrate a solution or maybe not exposing something script level, just use a tank or other similar vehicle to push the jet. ;-)
I should also add without reverse taxing ability for aircraft, it will be a deficiency for any C-130, C-5 and other larger aircraft.
As they say, a classic catch 22. Vote up or vote down? I voted down as I think the feature was focusing on smaller aircraft, for which are currently implemented.
and even if they add tow vehicles, the AI is likely to fuck it up and you would need to swap players controll
