"List of files to copy directly" fails to update the internal list of extensions properly, requires restart.

Description

The new AddonBuilder.exe has an issue with "List of files to copy directly". When you click "OK" in the "Options" dialog the application memorises every extension you have put in there and doesn't forget them until you quit the .exe

Steps To Reproduce

So if you open AddonBuilder.exe (with an empty list of files to copy directly in the persistent settings), open "Options", add ".txt", click "OK", click "Options" again, remove the ".txt" from the list, click "OK", and then pack an addon, it will still copy .txt files.
