Reload sound has no positional effect whatsoever

Description

When an enemy reloads, the sounds seems to "stick" at the location it was origionally heard from- So when you turn your head, the sound continues to come from the same position in my headphones.

This makes it incredibly hard to locate where the reload sound came from.

Steps To Reproduce

Experience an enemy reloading in close proximity, turn your head / player to try to pinpoint the location of the reloader

Additional Information

This issue is part of the already reported issue regarding the sound engine in arma3, this is a BIG issue- it makes it very difficult after years of playing FPS and relying 80% on sound to locate enemies. But i think the reload issue should have its own report as its annoying in its own right (lol)
