the game lacks major items in the objects section in the editor.. hardly any objects to use like field hospital, tents, bunkers and the rest.

load arma 2 up and look at how many objects there are.

Additional Information

at the moment I think the game relies us using the ready built bases but what if we wanted to make our own?

It has a bunker.
But indeed, I miss barracks, radar station, field hospital, large medic hospital tent.
