Ok, had the 0FPS bug that was a major issue when Altis was released. When the hot fix was released I can now run at 20-30 fps, but when I spawn at the major airfield or anywhere near thoses solar pannels i drop to 0-4 fps and have to manually quit the game to fix. {F21960}

Away from pc until next sunday, this will be my only response until then.
Sorry for not uploading DxDiag
Settings at the time were all settings standard except shadows at high, PIP disabled, Dynamic lights Disabled, all motion blurs disabled, 2x anti-alaising, no other image sharpeners enabled and also tested with many visibility combos, with little or no improvement.
Sorry with any inconvenience about no DxDiag and hopefully will be fixed when I get back on sunday!

Flew around Altis for a bit after today's (9-9-2013) update. The issue is still present but it seemed like it was better than it was. I flew around with the buzzard for probably a good 10 minutes starting at the main airfield. Flew to Kavala and then flew back east across the bay and the <1 fps began south of the salt lakes. View distance was set to about 3.5km and visual settings on high.
Before the fps tanked I was averaging about 40fps on those settings with occasional directional specific stuttering. Most of the stuttering cleared up though.
Also loaded again and drove down the main road through Kavala and the game dropped to <1 fps after a minute or so.
A friend of mine who I play with consistently gets this issue after about 10 minutes of play. First it's running at about 30fps or so and then suddenly spikes downwards to 1fps or so. At this point he has to restart the game to fix it.
His specs are as follows
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit)
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500 @ 3.30ghz (4 CPUs)
RAM: 3060MB RAM
GPU: GeForce GTX 480
Seems awful but he runs Stratis just fine for extended periods of time. Only on Altis does it do this. Scenario seems unrelated, happens on everything from a high action mission to just him and I spawning with one car to drive around. Exploration seems to inflame it.
This issue is resolved for me as of today's dev branch update (September 18th)
EDIT: Nevermind, but it is a rarer occurence than it was before.
Ok since the new update (18/9/13) is seems it has solved the problem.
Will continue testing and I come across any issues I will ypload my DxDiag.
Yeah I also experienced it lately, but after a few minutes it became smooth alright. Good FPS is different, but it's not unplayable.
Plus, those with a 32bit OS should verify their -maxmem settings according to dev branch forum discussion.
Marking resolved.
