They seem to work for me, night-vision and thermal on several different weapons.
What exactly is the problem you experience?
Does the normal 'visual light' setting on the scope work?

I can't mount them on any of the weapons.

Caused by mods. Do you have Alwarrens attachments? Turn off the extended config for those, then the sights should work.

Issue is caused by mod incompatibility. The scopes work fine in vanilla.
