i was messing in editor with sniping at over 1,4km distance and had a very hard time spotting where my shots were landing. At first i thought i'm not looking correctly since i was unable to see bullets landing on the ground next to my target, then i started searching in setting if theres any way how to fix this i found, when particles are set on standart the scattering dust is almost impossible to spot but when set on medium, or high it's very easy to see.

Steps To Reproduce
set particles on standart and shoot with sniper rifle at a distance. Then set particles to medium/hight and see significant difference in dust scattering, leaving less powerfull pcs in huge dissadvatage.
(I was shooting from hilltop Riga 092115 on road at 099127)
Additional Information
Since my pc isn't so great it is huge dissadvantage for me to snipe on a long range and i'm wondering if there's a way to make dust scattering more vissible even with particles set to standart
