Dev Build Missions Not Loading On Dedicated Server

Description

This started when the Steam Workshop patch began, I think v0.75.108541

Dev build missions that are made/saved on or after this patch do not load on my and some other users dedicated servers. Missions that are made/saved before that patch work fine on the current build. {F21337}

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Make a mission in the editor on the current Dev build and save as multiplayer mission.
  1. Put said mission in mp mission folder on dedicated server
  1. Join server and login as admin
  1. Go to mission selection screen
  1. Try and select and play a mission
  1. The screen will change for 1/2 a second and come right back to the mission selection screen
Additional Information

I can make my own personal server by hitting new on the multiplayer server browser works fine for any mission.
