More underwater weapons and vehicles would make the underwater aspect of the game better. Things like underwater explosives and more underwater guns with attachments along with more underwater vehicles like full size submarines and other small submersibles. You should be able to shoot your gun from underwater at someone above the surface and you should be able to attach explosives to boats.
