Description

when weather is really bad you dont hear any sound effects that go with the current weather.

for example..

sunny - birds chirping etc...
rain - rain sounds, sometimes windy etc..
you get my drift.

Steps To Reproduce

place unit etc etc etc..

set weather to really bad every slider up full (fog optional)
