Description

So for ever I've wanted the ability to fast rope without using mods. I also want some real bad ass breaching charges. We need the ability to do air assault and breach a building.

Fast roping is a confirmed feature.

Breaching charges are covered by #0003914.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
