all weapon work under water

Description

when a rifleman go to water and get out his weapon still work...but he can't fire

under water....this is unrealistic....it should the weapon be dammaged or all

weapon work under water.

the weapon shouldn't still work after touching water....

The SDAR is pretty much the same as the other rifles, it just uses super cavitating ammunition. By your logic, none of the rifles should work.

If I understood this post correctly then he says that any weapon gets damaged once it touches water, as somebody who's been shooting several types of weapons ranging from .22LR to 7.62x51NATO and who also has conducted Over The Beach tests with most of the weapons I'm shooting I can tell you that this is incorrect, some weapons such as the HK416 or the civilian version MR556 can even be just taken out of the water and then fired without any problems.

Most firearms can fire after being submerged and cleared of most of the water. A standard AR15/M16/M4 carbine will rupture if fired underwater. Piston weapons like the G36 series of rifles can fire after being submerged without an issue (youtube G36 over the beach)

Some weapons even work underwater even though they are not specifically provided for.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
