When AI land on the airfield (and probably other surfaces) from a parachute drop part of their legs go below ground. An additional and possibly related problem - the AI sometimes do not release the parachute - so they end up standing partly embedded in the ground with a deployed parachute above their heads. :) Can't reproduce always - could be related to the angle they hit the ground at.
