Steps To Reproduce
Get in an AMV-7 Marshall as passenger and look at the ceiling at your left. You should see a trapdoor.
Press enter, see that the trap does not appear on the outside of the vehicle.

could it be, that the outer door is a shield that goes up to give cover and then there is a second "real" door underneath?
