Clear identification for markers center

Hello again!

The problem occurs when we have a bigger marker. Its complicated to find it center to edit (change size, etc). This will be a huge help for the ones who like to edit missions.

A 'dot' will be enough to find it.

Steps To Reproduce

Name and place a big marker (Elipse, 600x600) in Agia Marina (middle of town) then try to find it - 'Where's the Wally' style.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
