  1. Make halo(fo example)jump with parachute.
  2. Open up and glide to forest.
  3. Note the fire.

(i think, you also need land on proper speed.. 30-40 km\h and more)

Additional Information

It seems to me that the game simply makes a wrong verdict for this unit (man + parachute)
