Helicopter in random patrol

Hi,
I don't really know if the choosen category is ok.

I tried to create a random patrol of helicopter and armed vehicles, starting on e specfic conditions.

First, I would like to say that I would have prefered that no vehicles are spawned before the condition is met instead of spawing everything first and remove the ones not concerned by the patrol.

Anyway, it works well for armed vehicles, they stay unanimed until the patrol begins.

That doesn't really work for helicopter as on the 2 grouped helis, one stay in place and second one immediately takes off and wait in air that the patrol begins.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
