Description

View sway when using the Laser Designator item while standing or kneeling is very extreme, akin to complete breathlessness in weapon optics, and does not stabalize, only manageable when prone.

Spawn player in editor, give him Laser Designator item and battery magazine.
Go into first person view.

The laser designator is classed as a type of binoculars in game, so this is the same issue as #12559.
