UI Size interferes with the scroll menu.

Description

Unless your UI interface size is set to 'Small' then any sizes above or below will make the scroll menu invisible and it means you have to scroll wildly until you fight the scroll option you want.

Steps To Reproduce

-Spawn a rifleman in the editor
-Change UI size to Medium or Large in the Video settings
-Use the scroll menu and notice how it is invisible (to me anyway)

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
