Awkward crawling animation

Description

Your hand keeps coming in the way for the first "step" while prone. Hugely distracting, and i'm sure no one crawls like that in real life. Major issue when sniping, smallest adjustment causes that arm to keep coming in the way.

May just be an issue on slopes, not sure, didn't think of checking (till now).

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
