Description

If you're in a boat, and you switch to the camera (not spectator) then this odd layer of water covers the boat when you move. It's simply a visual glitch. {F19997}

Could be, though i didn't have that problem before entering splendid camera.

Yup, looks like the same issue. Any external camera view should produce this result. (Nothing special about Splendid Cam, except that it is made of pure awesome.)
