Walking downhill makes you exhausted too fast
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I feel the person you play is not representative for a soldier in proper physical condition. He gets exhausted very fast, even when walking downhill, which is weird. I have quite some experience running around in nature as well and walking or even running downhill is simply not hard. I do appreciate the attention to detail in this respect, but currently I think the soldier you play is simply too weak.

Unable to reproduce in Dev build 0.61.106546

Walking (while standing upright) is never tiring (player always recovers, even on the steepest uphill/downhill terrain)

While jogging, gentle downhill slopes are actually less tiring than flat ground (but at about 23 degrees from horz, it becomes more tiring)

Didn't try to reproduce but,
if you ever tried to walk down hill with a heavy load, well,
it can be tiring.

I tested while carrying a full load. It is tiring if the player is crouching, but if upright the player recovers.

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.

If this issue is still relevant in current dev build, please re-post.
