When I spawned my player as "driver" of a mortar in the editor(don't worry, I have coordinates and screenshots), I spawned INSIDE of a rocky cliff.
Intead of spawning IN the rock, why not spawn ON the rock? {F19865} {F19866} {F19867} {F19868}

Try to put your player in the editor as the driver of a mortar and try to spawn him as close as you can to where I was.
