A.I. Need to Pursue More Often
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

A.I. soldiers need to pursue the enemy and suspicious civilians more often when they perceive themselves to be superiorly armed. The A.I. used would be similar to that of running zombies in DayZ, albeit with weapons.

This would help players to set up proper ambushes.

No, the AI doesn't need to pursue the enemy blindly, they need to do what they do now, looking for superior firing positions, cover, and flanking (maybe nerf their accuracy at long range a bit). AI charging at players should be left where it fits in, like DayZ.

AI are already sufficiently aggressive. Not seeing an issue here; perhaps the description too unclear.
