There are clipping issues with both tactical vest and blufor vests when worn by the range master character.

Tactical vest- back of character clipping through the vest
BLUFOR Vests - Character leg clipping through pistol leg strap

Place the range master character on the map. Add a tactical vest. View the back of the character

Repeat for both BLUFOR vests

Mass closing ancient tickets with no activity for > 12 months; assume fixed or too trivial.
