When some body get hurt and I am a Medic I can't drag because appears some message in a black box with a white message.

Some body Hurt I go to drag him and some message appears and I take the person but I can't drag to none position.

i dont think the damage system is fully implemented yet.

The dragging system is implemented by 3rd party content. Cannot be fixed by BIS.
