Underline doesn't show in wrapping hint text when INTERFACE SIZE: LARGE

Description

If there is another line below underlined text in a hint, underline would not show. This however is not applicable to everyone as this forum thread shows:

Then we need more info on how to reproduce it reliably. Looks like the majority including BI devs can't repro it.

Could it be dependent on the graphics card (driver)? I've got an AMD graphics card for example.

Me too 6950. Could be the resolution? Mine 1280:768 (5:3)

I've narrowed it down to Interface Size setting. It works fine with "very small", "small", "normal" and "very large", but doesn't work with "large".
