When you drive a vehicle and turn off headlights, as soon you disembark headlights are instantly turned back on.
This is very bad in night missions where you want to go stealth and leave the car outside of e.g. a town or checkpoint and leaving for example the gunner on top of your vehicle to cover you.

Observed:
AI turns lights on, no matter where they sit in the vehicle.
Expected:
Headlights stay off unless ordered otherwise. Also, AI sitting in the back or the gunner should not be able to switch on/off headlights. {F19609}
