When I switch to Tactical View and back to regular view, the Tactical View cursor remains.

Steps To Reproduce

Place one unit in editor and start mission
Switch to Tactical View (default NumPad Del)
Switch back to default view (again NumPad Del)

Additional Information

The cursor looks like a circle interrupted at 4 points.
