When looking through the dot-sight at the top of scopes, you can see the environment around you when you are inside a building.

Steps To Reproduce

put an ARCO on your rifle, select the sight on top of the scope, look through it inside a building and pay attention to the reflection on the scope. You will see through the walls of the building.

Likely duplicate of #5927

The reflections on sights use a static reflection map (a grassy field with some low vegetation).
