Description

Cpu: 8350 8 Core 4.0Ghz
GPU: Geforce 660 Ti OC
Ram: DDR3 16 GB
HDD Samsung SSD
I only get about 25 FPS on Average and my GPU is only hovering around 50-75% I don't think my CPU is bottle necking my GPU because my CPU usage is about 50% on the Cores Arma 3 Is using. I have the same issues with Arma 2...
