When driving in rain there should be rain splatter on the glass, also add mud and cars get dirty driving around, talking at the end of a mission with heavy rain and offroad drive the car is s*** full of mud.

or additional texture maps/materials
I too would like to see some better rain effects to compliment the beautiful weather system in Arma III.
