Bag/player model glitch, in the patch version too, but looks different. Pick up a bag from dead body and the player model has a graphics glitch.

I wasn't sure if this needed to be reposted in the new version, becuase it looks a little different.
The bag sticks out to the side.

I also attached 2 screenshots of the bag that caused the problem( in inventory screen), it's the Assualt pack (digi). you will notice in the screenshot, that it duplicated into my inventory, the dead body and me now have the bag (with 12 items in it).
