Description

could we have a feature where we can change our settings to moderate GORE.

for example, grenade goes off... bye bye leg or an arm.

blood pools, drip marks, splatter marks(on rocks, walls)

Steps To Reproduce

fire an AT launcher at a group of people and wish for that effect :P

this of course is a setting that the user changes at his own discretion.
maybe a warning sign appears after selected the option?

i do not wish for hate comments, it is only an idea as sooner or later there will be mods that tweak this sort of thing.
