Small dust puff effect on the spot a human body is hit by a bullet or other projectile. Keep the current blood sputter to happen only when the Head or arms and legs are hit.
Rational: Uniform, vest and gear in general will not allow the blood to show immediately in the air and in general the soldiers are bound to be dusty anyway. So when hit by bullet on the torso, a dust cloud effect should show but when hit in the head or arms and legs, then blood cloud is fine to show. :)
Obviously this is just food for thought in the birth of an amazing simulation.
