when raining, no puddles appear or effects

Description

when its raining in arma 3 it seems to hit the floor and just disappear..
no puddles or effects showing the ground is wet or it has been raining.

it would be cool if there were puddles and water effects on land.

place unit in editor
set bad weather
watch it rain and rain and rain

everything still looks dry

Additional Information

this would also add realism, but I do understand it may be a tedious task.

also like it runs down hills collating at the bottom into a flood maybe which you can swim in?

and slowly evaporates when its sunny?

I am probably asking for too much :P
