Unable to Bring Up Weapon Sights after exiting water using Ladder !!!

This will happen every time Player Starts in the water and Climbs Out using ladder or if the Player jumps into the water and climbs out using ladder.

To get Weapon Sights working again you have to switch to Sidearm!

This behavior will not happen if you exit the water on the shore..
