when commanding an AI squad any squad members who are driving a vehicle will attempt to stay behind the squad leader often running him over or clipping him. Also AI drivers have a tendency to run over there own team members while attempting to stay in formation. This has bin a problem for a long time not just in Arma 3 and I feel as a long time AI Commander that either team leader should be able to tell a vehicle in his squad where he wants it to be in the squad(IE in front as cover or in the rear for suport) either that or just have any AI driver automatically bring up the rear because having a vehicle in an infintry squad in arma weither it be 1 2 or 3 is more hazerdous and more of a nucence then not having one purely because of AI behavior
