Ingame voice VON
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

The game uses steam configuration for sound recording for your Microphone. Some people have steams voice configuration disabled or selected on a different hardware input. This effects Arma 3's in game VON, effectively disabling it preventing you from talking in game.

We need additional settings in the game to select audio capture device separate from steam.

YES please... I had to disable the mic in steam as the control is crap. please give us the ability control input source.

Steam has nothing to do with it, in fact it uses the windows default recording device. But the request is basically the same as #5623, hence duping.
