All lights are very dim when they switch on after sunset. Even after a few hours the lights are barely visible. However towards midnight the lighting effect seems more realistic for all street lights and other lights - they are still too dim imo. This also applies to vehicle headlights which are basically limited in depth of field and brightness they are useless.
