UI or Scope not centered correctly

Description

Its really just a tweak, but either the UI dot in the picture or the scope of the mx rifle is not centered in the very middle of the screen. {F18318}

Steps To Reproduce

spawn as rifleman -> use the scope -> press space or whatever key you chose to open up UI
