When reloading a rifle, if you switch to pistol after the rifle magazine has been withdrawn from the weapon, the pistol shows up in the right hand, the reload animation is completed, but the new magazine is not shown. Then the rifle is placed onto the back and the pistol is held. When switching back to rifle, the rifle does not show an inserted magazine, but it reads 30 rounds and fires all 30 rounds. This is a visual bug.
