Have the ability to set Respawn options in the mission editor

Description

Setting the Respawn behaviour of a mission is a very fundamental thing; something needed in most any mission - particularly one quickly thrown together in the editor on the spur of the moment.

It would be really good to be able to at least specify the basic respawn setting (none/base/instant/group, and delay time) directly from the editor GUI.

As far as I know, it is possible. You need to change the respawn script, but I don't know what must be changed.

The point is to make it easy for novice editor-users. A simply GUI option with four choices, for example. Having to change scripts is not really much different to how it is now.
