If AI or a player is in control of team leader that character will constantly send out radio orders (Return to formation, fall back, etc.) Players should be able to disable this by toggling radio on/off, or the team leader should have the option to select a formation like "Free" in the command UI (and make that the default formation) so the radio chatter isn't constantly spammed by useless chatter.

There should be also a toggle to turn of the radio in MP, global & side-channel are sometimes annoying, especially if you're in an extended firefight.
