The AI vehicles has pathing trouble crossing the bridges in the town. Half the time they just keep standing still before the bridge and try to correct and steer next to the bridge crossing instead of over it and the other half of the time they eventually after a lot of moving forward and backwards they go over it.

Place a civil vehicle before the bridge on the road, set a move waypoint across the bridge.
I've managed to reproduce this too. It's not just civilian vehicles. Also, on the eastern bridge, heading north-south, vehicles drive into a wall, then over it and crash into the children's slide. Presumably the bridges are classed as solid objects rather than roads?
