Buildings too visible during destruction

When a large building is damaged by an explosion, parts of the building are often visible during the process, and are seen to "jump" from intact to ruined.

Steps To Reproduce

Blow up a large building, such as the control tower, observe the parts of the building that are not obscured by the explosion.

Additional Information

This could be helped substantially by buildings generating a cloud of dust when they collapse, obscuring the model switch.

This Youtube video (not mine, actually about another bug) shows the issue, with a hanger being damaged in the first few seconds:

Another posibility would be to create animations for the destruction which would be even better.

This issue was processed by our team and will be looked into. We thank you for your feedback.

Please keep the issue monitored to see when it is fixed.

Two ways to fix this:

1.) Enlarge the dust/smoke effects that occur when a building collapses (and have them stay around longer as well).
2.) Have actual dynamic building destruction, based on a physics-engine.
