Currently the only post-process effect you can set in the Video Settings of the game is Motion Blur (atleast that I notice/know of, and the only it says in the tooltip of the dropdown menu). But in Arma 2, there was also only one drop-down menu for post processing effects, and it controlled both Bloom and Motion blur.

I'd like to preemptively suggest splitting atleast those two up, or alternatively, atleast making it possible to control it through launch parameters or an .ini/.cfg file. {F17794}
