(Injured) players in cars looking weird

Description

Players in cars, mostly when they are injured, looking like they are dead.
Also the backpack appears through seats. Pats of driver arm/elbow are in the oddments storage space.

This also sometimes happens with players who had 100% health.

Everyone not in 1st person in a vehicle looks like they're passed out or dead. I've also seen people passed out or deal laying down in a boat when driving.
