Compatibility for CPUs with more than 4 cores
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I have noticed the way Arma III using cores is a little bad (See attachment)
As an AMD FX-8350 user, I can say, it could be useful to teach Arma to detect more than 4 cores and also use all the cores properly (proper utilization) {F17728}

I have six cores (fx6100) all used about 50%
35fps average

I'm using 4 cores, only 40% usage on the first cores, the others are only 10-15%.

I have six cores myself, would definitely like to see them used fully by Arma 3, for sure.

I have a GTX680 OC 2Gb and I7 3820 and 28Gb of RAM DDR3 1600 and OS at SSD Vertex4.... and I have a low FPS (18-60) and low usage of my hardware (6%-12%).

CPU usage: 6%-20% - Only 3 or 4 cores be used (only 2 cores at heavy activity). I have 8 cores!
GPU usage: 6%-25%
