Description

At the moment it is not possible to use weapon mounted flashlights during the day.
It would be nice to be able to use them during daytime, for example when clearing a building which is dark on the inside you could use the flashlight to help you see.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Go into the editor and set up a day time scenario
2.Take any weapon with a flashlight
3.Hit your flashlight key (L by default)

Additional Information

You can use vehicle headlights during the day (though they don't actually illuminate things. Don't know if that is relevant or not but found it interesting.

Don't they already work during the day? Anyway, if they don't, then they should.

Vehicle lights too, there's no reason they should not work just because its daytime.
